Oh my goodness! I can't believe on one month until we have a 1 year old. It's true what everyone says, that it really just goes so fast! Max has changed so much this last month, I think I say that every month. . .
His little presonality is really developing. He is such a tease and gets a little shy when strangers try to talk to him. He is always trying to get peoples attention in the store but as soon as they acknowledge him he grins and turns his head away. Then as soon as they walk away and aren't looking he starts waving. It's really cute.
He also is getting so brave and will stand by himself! But still no steps. He walks really fast when we hold his hands, so I'm afraid once he's walking it won't be long until he's running!
He is loving feeding himself, and still can't get enough to eat. He will pretty much eat anything!
He is recently getting very attached to everything 'Jeff.' He is constantly hauling all of Jeff's beanies around.
This boy LOVES his dad! They play airplanes together all the time. Max loves making cute little sound effects. It's so fun to see him play!
He is such a happy little guy! We are so blessed to have him in our family. He brings so much joy and happiness to our home!
Max is so funny. His new obsession is his cars and trucks. He has to have one in each hand when he goes to bed or has a nap. He almost always has one on his tray when he eats. And you are guaranteed to trip on at least one when you walk anywhere in our house. His latest thing to do is organize then in the windowsill by our front door. It is so cute. He will stand there and arrange them. He is really into sorting and organizing. Pretty funny for a one year old!
The biggest highlight for Jeff was the purchase of the firetruck. Yep that's right, we own a firetruck. Never thought those words would ever come out of my mouth. It is going to be our advertising vehicle for the office, but really I think Jeff is living his childhood dream. I do have to say it is pretty cute!
The biggest highlight for all of us is Max is officially walking!! He has been taking steps here and there for a few weeks, but just this week he has really taken off. He is so proud of himself. He gets so excited and claps for himself. It is so fun to watch this little guy grow!
Isn't this just hilarious! Max does this face whenever he is trying to make us laugh, and it works everytime. He thinks its pretty funny. I couldn't not share.

What have we been up to this month. . . .well not much else than the above picture. Children's Dentistry has definitely become Jeff's home away from home. In January it is quite possible that he was actually at the office more than he was at our house. Sad, but true. It's been so busy. Honestly it's all pretty overwhelming. I am doing the books, which is a challenge for me. I would much rather be in someones mouth than punching numbers, but I'm slowly getting it. Jeff is doing so great with the practice and we are so grateful that the practice has been very busy. Lots of kids with cavities in Nampa which is good for us! We are so happy to be in Nampa, it's a major change for our little family but so far so good!
