Max got his first toothbrush a few days ago, and now it is his new favorite thing! And as you can imagine we think it is pretty adorable. He likes to brush when he wakes up first thing in the morning. Brushing is especially enjoyable while playing with toys and even while crawling. He's a very good multi-tasker! I think he may be Children's Dentistry of Idaho's new mascot!

10 Months
10 months!! Max has changed so much this last month. He is always in motion, getting these pictures was a bit of a challenge. He's really into everything, which I'm sure will just get worse. Max is crawling everywhere and pull himself up onto everything. Honestly it all makes me a little nervous, especially the standing in the tub! He has had lots of falls and some bruises, but Jeff keeps telling me it will just make him tougher.
Max is so proud of himself that he can pull up and stand! He continues to wave at everyone, he even does a double wave if he's really excited. And he is just learning how to high 5. It's pretty cute.
I'm trying to introduce real foods, but it's really not going that well. He still chows on the baby food averaging about 5 jars and 2-3 servings of cereal a day. (I think he's trying to maintain his girlish figure:) He does love beans, Kix cereal, and will occasionally eat bread if I'm eating it-but never on his own.

November and December
November and December are both pretty much a blur. So I'll do my best to try to remember what was our goings on.
So in November we made our last flight from Denver to Idaho Falls, hallelujah!!! Max really is not the best flyer. We spent Thanksgiving with the Bryson clan. So many of them were able to make it, it was so much fun to be with them! Max is always so spoiled by everyone, the little Bryson cousins even started a Max Club. It's pretty cute. We also got to spend time with the Beesley family, it's so nice to have both of our families all in one place. Unfortunately I don't have an pictures of the trip, I really need to work on being a better picture taker.
December was definitely the craziest month so far. I started out the month by running a 5K. Me and my good friend had decided to do it months prior and didn't think so much about the snow, but we ended up running in pretty much a blizzard. It was really fun and definitely a 5k I won't forget. The next weekend we had our Ward Christmas party and our little family was asked to be the nativity. It was pretty fun, even though Max looks more like a sheep than baby Jesus:)
Then it was time to get ready for the big move. I had been dreading this for months. Denver was so hard to leave. We loved everything about it, and we really had the very best friends! But both of us felt very good about moving to Nampa and Jeff buying a practice there. So we did it, change sure is scary! The last weeks of December were filled with packing, packing, chasing Max around, and moving. We had so much help, we will be forever grateful! The week before Christmas my dad flew out to help us with the move and drove back to Rigby with me and Max, Max was such a champ! He did great on the ride, and I am so so grateful to my dad for saving us. Later in the week Jeff joined us in Rigby, his dad came to make the big drive with him as well.
Finally Christmas came! It was so nice to be able to stop and be with our families for Christmas mid-move. We spent Christmas Eve with my family. It was so fun! The grandkids put on the best Christmas program and we got to eat a delicious dinner all together. We opened these stylin' PJ's! Aren't they so cute!! Christmas Day was spent going to church for a Christmas program and spending the day eating and relaxing with both of our families. We are so blessed! It was nice to get a break from the moving/starting a new business stress.
These two have so much fun together. Luke and Max will grow up to be best buddies, as for now they are just really good at stealing each others toys!
A few days after Christmas we made the finally stretch to Nampa. We are happy to be here and can't wait to see what new adventures are ahead. Wish us luck, we may need it! Happy New YEAR!!
